Landed here today, doable in a big tire cub, I wouldn't try anything else. Definitely needs a lot of work, and would be a cool spot for bicycle access to dead horse. Its about 6.5 miles away.
Runways where hard packed and in good shape. I was surprised by how much growth there is. There was a fire pit right in the middle of the parking area which I removed. Could use a mower or spray to kill the growth out there.
