Michael Mayra visited Angel Point 6 years ago in a Maule with 31 tires

Appeared as if both runways had been graded recently. Great condition.

Michael Mayra visited Brown's Rim 6 years ago in a Maule with 31 tires

Didn’t stop but rolled the surface next to The two track. Seemed to be plenty smooth for big tires. Not sure I’d land with 8.50s or smaller. The two track appeared to be a better option for that.

Nicholas Maughan visited Locomotive Springs 6 years ago in a RANS S-20 with 6.00X6 Mains and 5X6.00 Nose Wheel tires

My first dirt strip. It was smoother than I expected, the surface is a little soft and rutted on the approach end of runway 11. The north south runway gets less use and has more low height vegetation growing on it, but looks very usable.

Russell Obrien visited Ibex / Tule Valley Hardpan 6 years ago in a C170B with 8x6 tires

Area in great condition with some standing water northwest of the 'designated' landing area. Wind sock hanging with a tear, and post leaning. Secured wind sock and straightened post a bit.

Dick Stone visited Mexican Mountain 6 years ago in a C185 with 8.50 tires

Runway in good condition although there is a low/soft spot developing near west end. Could potentially be a wet/muddy spot after a significant rain event. The entire area is being devastated by Tent Caterpillars. They were even floating down the river by the thousands... We had to move our tent to out in the open, away from being under any trees. Don’t bother bringing a hammock !!

Josh Kelson visited Mineral Canyon 6 years ago in a PA-18 with 31 tires

Runway is firm and wide. Upstream end has some roughness and slight trench. Use a bit of caution on that end. Downstream end is great, stopped for some pictures and a snack.

Firm runway and in great condition. Cattle have been everywhere putting some prints in. Caterpillars not out yet. Some cattle approached runway during morning flight out but were scared off. Repaired the fire ring and buried ashes.
